Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Conduct underwriting activities for new business, renewals, and policy changes within our Lloyd's Coverholder portfolio.
- Oversee and market new business, renewals, and policy changes for our Commercial Account P&C portfolio.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our underwriting contract(s), market contracts, forms, wordings, and company products.
- Collaborate closely with insurers and brokers to identify coverage solutions for clients.
- Enhance and refine existing underwriting guidelines and policy rating/issuance procedures.
- Create innovative programs for both existing and new facilities.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial insurance experience
- Preferably, prior experience in commercial underwriting
- Possession of a Level 2 General Insurance Salesperson License or the ability to obtain one
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Salaries are determined based on education, skill set, license level, experience, and hours worked. The provided salary scale is applicable to full-time positions and is subject to change. Higher remuneration is available for highly qualified individuals.
Additionally, partnership opportunities and profit sharing are open to individuals who have demonstrated a history of excellence in underwriting and program management.
