Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Lead team in promoting sales, helping them with sales skills & meeting their goals
  • Schedule work hours for office team members
  • Payroll submission to payroll department
  • Assistance with Commercial Lines, Personal Lines and Autoplan business
  • Ensure procedures are followed by all employees
  • Communicate with Head Office regularly

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Minimum Level 3 General Insurance Agent License
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong coaching abilities
  • Knowledgeable in Commercial Lines, Personal Lines and Autoplan Insurance
  • Strong communication skills to apply to underwriters, customers and team members
  • Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service
  • Management experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Be flexible in job duties and/or hours as necessary
  • Computer skills required with working knowledge of Word & Excel
