Real Insurance Solutions is an independent brokerage with branches in Nanaimo and Parksville; offering all lines of insurance products. We also have the largest ICBC Road Service division within the mid Vancouver Island region, servicing multiple auto dealerships.
We are currently seeking a Trainee or Level 1 Autoplan Representative to Join our front desk team in our Nanaimo office. It is a fast paced, friendly, customer service focused desk. We have a reputation for really try and get to the bottom of the insureds needs when they are having a difficult time.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Exceptional customer service and organization skills.
- Determination to see an customers issue through to completion.
- Must have a BC drivers license and a reliable vehicle
Beneficial to have:
- 6 months of ICBC Autoplan experience.
- experience with SIGXP, Family Auto and other private auto providers.
Level 1 $40,000 to $50,000 a year depending on experiance.
Unlicensed trainee start at $18/h
