As a Customer Service Insurance Representative your service skills will shine as you support Interior Saving’s vision by sharing your expertise as you provide new and existing clients with solutions to their insurance needs through Autoplan, personal lines or referrals.

In this role you will determine client needs and promote and sell insurance products and services, including ICBC transactions and recreational vehicle renewals. Your role will continue to expand into more complex lines of insurance as you develop your knowledge, experience and education.   Your strong organization skills and attention to detail will support you in all areas of your work as you meet with clients, maintain client records, and complete transactions.

Education - Preferred but not Required - Willing to train.

  • Level 1 Insurance License
    • Completion of CAIB 1 or Fundamentals of Insurance
    • Completion of CAIB 2
    • Completion of ICBC Autoplan Essentials
  • High school diploma/Grade 12

 Experience/Knowledge - Preferred but not Required - Willing to train.

  • 1-3 years job related experience in an insurance agency
  • 1-3 years personal lines experience

As a growing agency, we are excited to explore this opportunity with entry level or seasoned insurance advisors. The salary range for entry level position is $39,485 to $46,888 and starting salary will be based on related education, licensing, training and experience. This position will work 35.5 hours per week.

Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker Level 1 or better.

Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker Level 2 or better.

Fundamentals of Insurance or better.
