The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will have or be willing to obtain your Level 1 Insuance license. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin and have previous insuance experience. You bring your self-motivation and superior customer service skills and we will work with you to build your knowledge and career in insurance.
Required Skills:
- Minimum Level 1 Insurance License (or willing to obtain)
- Previous Auto & PL experience an asset
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- Superior Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Be able to work independently or within a team
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organization, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
- Comprehensive computer skills with accounting experience
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Assisting Producer with generating quotes and policy changes
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks
