Position Overview
As an Account Executive, Road Service Broker, you’ll offer on-site insurance solutions in collaboration with local dealerships. You’ll be responsible for educating clients on coverage options, handling new sales and renewals, and providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities
- Autoplan & Product Knowledge: Provide expert guidance on ICBC Autoplan, Fleets, Garage, and Private Auto lines; familiarity with Auto, Motorcycle, RV, and Traveler lines is beneficial
- Sales & Service: Conduct new sales, cross-sell products, and handle renewals and replacement sales
- Book of Business: Build and maintain client relationships, retaining a book of business and earning commissions on renewals and new sales
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow brokers and provide stellar customer service
- Mobile Services: Travel to dealerships in Nanaimo, Parksville, and Courtenay, delivering on-the-spot coverage solutions
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 6 months of full-time Autoplan experience (1 year preferred)
- Licenses:
- Required: Level 1 Insurance License
- Preferred: Level 2 Insurance License or completion of any CAIB/CIP courses
- Technical Skills: Experience with Applied Epic is an asset (we provide training)
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication (in person, email, text), attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and strong organizational skills
- Team-Oriented: Demonstrated commitment to team values and the community
- Drive & Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, and able to think quickly on your feet
Compensation
- Hourly Wage: Negotiable
- Commission Potential: Earn anywhere from $20,000 to $75,000+ per year depending on sales ability
- Vehicle/Cell Phone Allowance: Daily allowance provided

Schedule & Location
- Full-Time or Part-Time: Choose the schedule that works best for you
- Hours of Operation: Road Service operates Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Work Environment: In-person, mobile role serving dealerships in Nanaimo, Parksville, and Courtenay
