The Role: Auto Insurance & Personal Lines Advisor
This is a frontline, client-facing role focused primarily on ICBC and personal lines insurance. The work is fast-paced and hands-on, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing details, and solving real problems.
You will:

Handle full-cycle ICBC transactions including renewals, changes, new plates, registrations, and walk-in traffic
- Drive Retention: Proactively contact clients to secure renewals before they lapse

Support clients with endorsements, cancellations, and claims

Upsell: Identify gaps in coverage and offer Travel and Replacement Cost policies where appropriate

Spot Opportunities: Generate leads for Home and Business insurance for our team to close
We’ll train you on systems, support your development, and give you room to grow — whether that means deepening your product expertise or advancing into a leadership role as our team expands.
What You Bring

Level 1 License
-
minimum 6 months of ICBC experience (required)

Strong communication and people skills

Good command of the English language (spoken and written)

Good time management and follow-through

A professional, dependable mindset and approach to your work

Living in or near Burnaby is a bonus

Availability to work Saturdays
Compensation & Growth
-
Base Salary of $45,000–$50,000 depending on experience

Direct Sales Commission: Earn 10% to 20% commission on products you sell directly (Travel, Replacement Cost)—tiered based on your monthly performance

Referral Commission: Earn 10% to 15% on any Home, Condo, or Business leads, derived from ICBC transactions you identify that are closed by our team

50/50 commission split on your own personal book of business
