The Role
You'll be the person clients rely on for their auto insurance, their home coverage questions, and the things that actually matter to them. Hands-on, client-facing work at an independent brokerage. Not a call centre, not a corporate department.
You'll work across multiple lines of business, grow with real mentorship, and build something that belongs to you.

What You'll Do
- Full-cycle ICBC transactions: renewals, changes, new plates, registrations, walk-ins
- Proactive client outreach before renewals lapse
- Endorsements, cancellations, and claims navigation
- Identify coverage gaps and offer Travel and Replacement Cost coverage
- Surface Home and Business leads from ICBC conversations
- Build an additional income stream from clients you bring in yourself
What You Bring
- Level 1 General Insurance License (Level 2 is a plus)
- At least 6 months of hands-on ICBC Autoplan experience. Applications without it will not be shortlisted.
- Clear, professional communication, spoken and written
- Good follow-through and attention to detail
- Availability for Saturday shifts
Compensation
The clients you bring in are yours. You build that business outside your scheduled hours, on terms set out in your employment agreement.
Clients you personally source, meaning your own network, referrals, family, friends, earn you a 50/50 commission split.
This is separate from the house clients you service day to day.
- $45,000 to $60,000 base, depending on experience and license level
- 37.5 hours per week, five days, with a rotating Saturday
- Tiered commission on Travel and Replacement Cost sales
- Referral commission on Home, Condo, and Business leads you generate
- Licensing fees and continuing education paid in full
