The Role
You'll be the person clients rely on for their auto insurance, their home coverage questions, and the things that genuinely matter to them. Hands-on, client-facing work at an independent brokerage — not a call centre, not a corporate department.
You'll work across multiple lines of business, grow with real mentorship, and build a career that actually goes somewhere.

What You'll Do
• Full-cycle ICBC transactions: renewals, changes, new plates, registrations, walk-ins
• Proactive client outreach before renewals lapse
• Endorsements, cancellations, and claims navigation (Personal and Commercial Lines)
• Identify gaps and offer Travel and Replacement Cost coverage
• Surface Home and Business leads from ICBC conversations
What You Bring
• Level 1 General Insurance License (Level 2 is a plus)
• 6 months–1 year of ICBC Autoplan experience
• Clear, professional communication — spoken and written
• Good follow-through and attention to detail
• Saturday availability (flexible rotation)
Compensation
• $45,000–$55,000 base depending on experience
• Commission on Travel and Replacement Cost sales
• Referral commission on Home, Condo, and Business leads
• 50/50 split on personal book of business
• Health and dental benefits
• Licensing support and CE
