The Role:
The primary focus of the Pesornal Lines Advisor is to provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines and Autoplan policies and take responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quote and place new business as required. This is a new position and you will be required to work in the office.

Specific responsibilities include - but not limited to:
- Assisting with ICBC and PL clientele
- Quote new business
- Re-market/process renewals
- Actively participate in training initiatives
- Selling new policies and assisting with growing book of business
- Miscellaneous tasks as required
Required Skills:
- Level 2 insurance license or working towards Level 2
- Great command of the English language (written and verbal)
- Excellent Customer Service and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Powerbroker or TAM is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Prior Personal Lines and Autoplan experience
- Proficient with MS Office
- Must be able to work as part of a team as well as independently
