The Opportunity:
The ideal candidate will have a level 2 insurance license with experience in both ICBC and personal lines, but willing to train the right candidate. As an Insurance Advisor at Townline Insurance, you will be sales-driven and results-oriented with a passion for helping others. In this role, you will anticipate and proactively assist customers with a variety of insurance needs.
Responsibilities include - but not limited to:
- Assisting of walk-in Personal Lines and Autoplan clientele
- Process and monitor daily/weekly/monthly renewal lists
- Autoplan and Personal Lines transactions as required
- Servicing on-going client needs, advise on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommend solutions, answer inquiries, conduct are calls and process renewals
- Process ICBC renewals, new policies, endorsements, cancellations etc. to existing or new clients, retain existing book of business in an effort to grow book of business
- General administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Level 2 insurance license preferred, Level 1 will be considered with experience
- Strong customer service and administration skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in Personal Lines and Autoplan
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
- Must be able to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Advanced computer and administration skills
- Accountability and sense of urgency
