Company Overview

At John Fleming Insurance Agency, we are committed to building strong client relationships and delivering outstanding service. We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative or Insurance Advisor to manage client needs, prospect new business, and grow within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Engagement: Build long-term relationships with clients and manage inquiries.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products.
- Auto Insurance, Personal, and Commercial Lines: Handle renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and claims.
- Flexible Hours: Must be available to work on Saturdays and adjust job duties as necessary.
- Prospecting: Actively seek new clients and grow our book of business.
- Client and Underwriter Communication: Communicate effectively with underwriters, customers, and team members.

Skills and Qualifications

- Insurance License: Minimum Level 1 General Insurance Salesperson License; Level 2 is an asset.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage clients, underwriters, and team members.

- Must have good understanding and knowledge in Auto Insurance and ICBC systems.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.

- Basic to Intermediate knowledge in accounting.
- Customer Service Focused: Dedicated to providing exceptional service.
- Flexible in Duties: Adaptable to shifting duties and work hours as needed.

What We Offer

- Competitive salary range $40,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience.
- 50/50 Commission for your personal book of business.

- Full-time position with regular hours that can go from Mon-Saturday.
