Job Summary
Johnston Meier Insurance has a position available for a Licensed Auto Insurance Advisor, Fleet Services at our No. 2 Road office in Richmond. If you have great communication and interpersonal skills, a General Level 1 Insurance License, office experience and are willing to learn, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Build customer portfolios
- Provide optional coverage quotes
- Cross sell other products provided by Johnston Meier Insurance Agencies Group (JMIAG)
- Keep detailed notes on our Computer System at all times (Paperless Environment)
- Follow company procedures as provided

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Level 1 General Insurance Salesperson License
- Minimum 1 year insurance office experience in commercial auto & fleet insurance
- Experience with ICBC Fleet & Garage policies
- Strong communication skills to apply to underwriters, customers and team members
- Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service
- Flexible in job duties and/or hours as necessary
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license
