We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to provide supervision and support at our beautiful Salt Spring Island office!

What you will do in the role:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Team Leads, Insurance Advisors, and Auto Agents
  • Regularly evaluate the performance of the above team members, including identifying training needs, coaching, and development
  • Review and check the work of team members to ensure accuracy and content
  • Organize and prioritize work and ensure staff schedules are designed for appropriate coverage
  • Resolve staff and customer complaints and make recommendations for improvements to procedures
  • Perform all functions of the Insurance Advisor position in addition to supervisory duties
  • Carry out other duties essential to the position, as directed by the supervisor

What you’ll bring to SeaFirst:

  • Minimum of 5 years of personal insurance experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/management experience
  • Knowledge and previous experience with ICBC is required
  • Level 2 Insurance license

Where and when you will work:

  • Salt Spring Island Office
  • Permanent, Full-time employment (40 hrs/week)
  • 4 days in office and working from the comfort of your home office every Friday
