Opportunity:
We are seeking an individual for a full-time Insurance Advisor role. This diverse position involves managing Autoplan's/Personal Lines new business, renewals, payments, and client inquiries in person or by phone.
Location 1: 251 BC-16, Burns Lake, BC V0J 1E0

Responsibilities:
- Handling ICBC renewals, new plates, and changes
- Addressing phone and email queries
- Present existing and prospective customers with individualized policy options, quote calculations, and educational materials to meet their needs
- Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits in order to recommend modifications, as needed
- Assisting customers in finding suitable insurance solutions
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through informed decision-making
- Analyzing client coverage needs and offering risk management advice
About You:
- Level 1 BC General Insurance license
- Minimum of 2+ years or more ICBC or Personal Lines Insurance experience
- Proficiency in insurance policy interpretation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Word & Excel
- Prior insurance company experience desirable

Pay: $45,000.00-$59,000.00 per year
