Integris Insurance Services is growing and is looking for a dynamic and experienced Insurance Professional to join the team at our Prince George River B.C. River Point branch!
The successful candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service, skilled at multi-tasking, and effective at prioritizing their work. For this position, we are seeking a licensed Level 2 Insurance Representative. Commercial experience will be considered an asset. We are seeking someone who has been in the Insurance industry for at least a year. This position is a permanent, full-time role. While a licensed Level 2 Insurance Representative is preferred, we also welcome applications from licensed Level 1 Insurance Representatives who demonstrate a strong passion for the field and a determination to excel in their career. Salary range for a Level 1 Insurance Representative: $21.01 to $25.96 per hour.
Salary range for a Level 2 Insurance Representative: $23.11 to $28.12 per hour.

Main accountabilities include
- Member Support & Problem Resolution: Address member inquiries, process transactions, resolve account errors, and effectively manage complaints.
- Claims & Payment Handling: Assist clients with claims, respond to emergencies, collect payments, balance cash, and perform ICBC batching tasks.
- Service, Sales & Product Knowledge: Identify client needs, provide product information, cross-sell, meet sales targets, and process insurance transactions (e.g., renewals, endorsements, cancellations).
- Administrative Support: Book appointments, coordinate schedules, and provide support to team members.
- Professional Development: Proactively manage career growth by setting and reviewing goals with supervisors.
