Job Summary:
As a key member of our team, you’ll go beyond selling policies—you’ll be building peace of mind. Your role is all about finding tailored insurance solutions for our clients, helping them navigate their options with clarity and confidence. From analyzing market trends to nurturing long-term relationships, you’ll be an essential part of our mission to deliver exceptional service.
What You’ll Be Doing (A Day in Your Life):
- Be the Go-To Expert: Advise clients on ICBC Autoplan and personal insurance products, ensuring every recommendation is spot-on.
- Spot Opportunities: Use your analytical skills to assess market trends and identify new clients or untapped potential.
- Lead the Way: Execute targeted telemarketing campaigns and outreach efforts to grow client base.
- Own the Details: Handle renewals, endorsements, and claims like a pro—accurate, efficient, and client-focused.
- Build Relationships That Last: Provide personalized service that turns one-time customers into lifelong advocates.
- Get a Glimpse of Commercial: Gain some exposure to commercial insurance policies, assisting with select accounts to broaden your expertise.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with industry changes, new products, and emerging trends to provide the best advice.
- Team Up: Collaborate with colleagues to hit team goals while adding your unique flair to the mix.
Schedule:
- Thursday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: Previous success in insurance sales, minimum 1 year — if you’re driven, we want to hear from you.
- Licensing: Level 1 or 2 General Insurance License is essential.
- Problem-Solving Prowess: You love analyzing data and uncovering solutions that make a difference.
- Communication Superpowers: Whether it’s a quick call or a detailed email, you know how to connect with people.
- Sales Savvy: Proven ability to generate leads and manage accounts
