Are you an energetic, organized, self-starter with a desire to help people? An established and highly reputable insurance MGA is expanding and seeking individuals for the Personal Lines division within our InsureBC Underwriting department. You will contribute to the success of the company by processing, organizing, tracking and coordinating large volumes of insurance data and documentation. This position requires attention to detail, typing skills, organization skills, and customer service skills. You will be part of an exciting upbeat team that contributes to corporate success by ensuring a relentless focus on internal and external client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Administration
  • Issuance of policies and endorsements
  • Monitoring & issuance of certificate requests
  • Attaching documents in our broker management system
  • Ensure all documents are accurate and files are kept in an orderly manner
  • Monitors & updates activities on file to ensure stages of the process are completed and accurately reflected
  • Invoice premiums
  • Issue & invoice business as assigned

Skills Required:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Enjoy repetitive work tasks and structure
  • Good communication and multi-tasking skills
  • Able to handle deadlines on a daily basis
  • Ability to learn new software and process quickly information quickly
  • Good knowledge and hands-on working experience with Intermediate Microsoft Excel
  • Strong typing skills with great accuracy
