We have a new opportunity for a Personal Lines Representative at our Burnaby office. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills to join our team. We are a well - established insurance agency located in Burnaby, representing a wide range of top-tier insurance markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to existing and new clients.
• Generate quotes for all personal lines of business.
• Process renewals and remarket existing policies.
• Update and maintain customer records and evaluations.
• Offer additional products to enhance coverage.
• Accurately update client accounts, including accounts receivable, in a timely manner.
• Use company portals to provide quotes, bind policies, and assist customers.
